Customers have the ability to choose a shipping method during checkout. All orders are packaged and shipped out of North Carolina through USPS. Standard orders take up to three business days to package and ship.
All in-stock items will ship in three business days. All pre-order items will ship per the estimated ship date. Please refer to each “pre-order” item description for the estimated shipping date. As soon as your order is packaged and ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Our return policy is for store credit or exchange only. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for store credit or exchange for a different item minus shipping costs. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
Poppy & Co. will accept jewelry items that are unworn and free of damages by the customer for a store credit or exchange. Unworn, undamaged loungewear can be exchanged for different sizes or store credit. All custom orders, including Poppy Packages, are not eligible for exchanges or store credit. Exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days of the receipt of the original order. Items cannot be returned after 7 days from receipt of original order. Items must be returned in it's original condition and packaging.
Any "Sale" items are final sale and are not eligible for exchanges or store credit. Shipping costs for return items are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable, unless the item is damaged upon receipt. In the event that your order is damaged or incorrect, we will gladly replace or correct the order free of charge.
