Are Poppy & Co. shipments delayed?

For all in stock items, shipment turnaround is approximately one (1) week due to shipping center delays.

What if my wedding date is postponed?

Our customers are our biggest priority and we completely understand how difficult it is to plan during COVID-19. For all wedding related purchases, we are extending our exchange policy indefinitely to allow our customers to exchange sizes and/or styles (i.e. short to long or print changes) if date or season changes are made.

I would like to continue planning for my wedding but my budget is tighter right now due to COVID-19 changes, do you have a payment plan?

We do offer Sezzle which allows you to “buy now and pay later.”  Your entire online order, split into 4 interest-free payments scheduled over a 6 week period.
